Hailing from several parts of Italy, our all-Italian Culinary Team is a force to be reckoned with. Having a flair for creativity, our Crew’s ability to conjure up polished dishes shaped by our patron’s predilections is, by now, renowned.

 

Whether it’s exceptional gnocchi that you are craving, a hearty filletto di manzo, or our signature souffle au Grand Marnier, our Culinary Team are sure to exceed your gastronomic expectations.

Hotel Calypso is proud to have at the helm of its culinary vessel Venetian Executive Chef Giuseppe Puglisi.

Driven by a passion for the culinary arts and a determination to deliver only that which is exquisite, Chef Puglisi heads our all-Italian Culinary Team.

 

“Great attention to detail is paid to every morsel at Calypso, as we believe food is an art to be enjoyed. Apart from pleasant on the palate, we hope to make our food pleasant on the eye too - it’s a holistic approach.
