CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its health implications, you may want to change your plans. 

 

Due to the circumstances effective 14 August, 2020, we have implemented the following updates to our cancellation policy for direct bookings, including some clarification and further explanation of existing procedures.

 

For existing direct reservations with pre-paid deposit for stays until 31st August 2020:

We will change dates of your booking. Booking will be amended for another stay within the next 12 months of your check-in date, any difference in price is to be settled if applicable.

 

For existing Non-Refundable reservations made between April 1st and August 14th:

 We will issue a voucher with the amount of your booking, valid for maximum period of 12 months. Change of dates may result in higher difference in price which can be settled upon arrival. No portion of voucher is refundable.

 

For new direct reservations as from April 1st 2020 onwards:

Free cancellation applies in the event that your Reservation is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If a Reservation is cancelled or changed less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date, Hotel Calypso retains the first night’s room rate.

 

For existing Non-Refundable reservations made with the hotel through third parties:

No refund can be done.

Cancellation Policy: 

- If reservation is cancelled or changed less than 3 days prior to your arrival date, Hotel Calypso retains the first night’s room rate. 

- Non-refundable bookings: With a non-refundable rate, guests are charged the full price in case of cancellation, modifications, or no-show.

- No Show: In case of no show, full amount of reservation will be charged.
